Our Ad Age Young Creatives Cover Competition 2021 submission.

The Challenge:
"For 2021, we want you to imagine what Ad Age's cover will look like 10 years from now. What will be captivating advertisers and marketers' attention in a decade, what will be the biggest trend in marketing, what will be advertising's most difficult challenge? The ideal submissions will be compelling both conceptually and visually."

The idea starts with mapping what “Future” means, it’s something that you are not sure of, a choice to be want you want to be today and it’s coming all the way for sure.

Kind of like we today have the power in our hands to decide how the future will go, selling products to chase capital gains or work together to sell ideas to better the world.

So we replaced the choice of taking the red and the blue pill, the red reflected agencies who sell ideas, in the other hand the blue one for who’s sell products because it’s stuff we are dependent on but we don’t need, like comforting us.

Unfortunately, Ad Age have decided not to move forward with the competition this year.
Still it’s our pleasure to share our work and thank my creative partner, Haya Al-Khalidi for our brainstorming sessions.
